Wasn't that said in an op-ed by old, old, old, man Kissinger? Not that I trust the NYT 100% but to slam it the way you're doing doesn't seem to show the entire picture- if you would state who wrote that opinion and THEN say who published it- the NYT- your claim would be more effective. And you clearly dislike Biden and perhaps all Democratic Presidents since those are the only ones you list...
