There's no way to " toss a grenade at the filibuster". It takes 51 votes and until the Senators rom W. Virginia and Arizona get on board, then it just won't happen, although I think it probably should. I say "probably" because we all know that without it, when Republicans control Congress again they'll happily 'rape, pillage and plunder' the nation and its resources and make the rest of us even more of second class citizens than we are already. And we'll have no way to stop them.
