The words 'intention' and 'purpose', the way you used them, do mean the samed thing. And why haven't Democrats delivered what they claim to havew intended to?

Maybe in the last Congress, Mitch the "Grim Reaper", as he proudly proclaims himself to be, held up nearly 400 bills that the Democrats passed in the House, most with not a single Repu;lican vote, and wouldn't even allow a vote on allowng the Senate to vote on those bills. Most of them would've improved lives for Americans but they also would make the Democrats look good and Republicans do everything possible to not let that happen. And then use what the few bills that pass the Senate and proclaim how much theiir bringing to their constituents by stopping those evil Dems from stealing their money.

Democrats are far from perfect but at least their not coming after your SS retirement benefits, Medicare health insurance, Medicaid health assistance for the truly poor, and disability benefits for those who can no longer work, nor do Democrats want to shut down Vertrans Affairs, gut the EPA, deregulate everything possible, regardless of the consequences.

Anyone who thinks the two Partys are the same is either extremely confused, not honest, or, perhaps worst of all, a self- blinded person.
