The Garden and people you mention are mentioned in Genisis and there are two distinct creation stories in Genisis- that was obvious to me when I first read the KJV at age twelve. But I've only spent about 45 years studying the Bible and may be missing things you claim to be true, but I stand by my understanding of what I've read in multiple translations of the Bible. I cannot, however, read ancient Hebrew or Greek and have to learn only from those translated versions, as most people do.
I've noticed the same issues Graham discusses. And I agree with many Biblical scholars, to some extent, that what comprises the "Old Testament" was first compiled and written by scribes in roughly 1,200 BCE. I also see no issue with reincarnation being ruled out by anything in the Bible, Old or New Testaments.
God Bless.
