That is a strong claim to make. What metric or facts have led you to that conclusion? I'm a white gay man but I don't really publicly participate in the LGBTQ movement, other than donating what I can to the local free clinic for gay people.

I certainly agree that gays are as racist and prejudiced as are straight people, which surprised me. I was naïve and assumed gay people, being oppressed by society as they are, would be more understanding about other groups who are themselves oppressed, but I soon learned that gay men and women of any race or religion are no different than straight people. And that disappoints me .People, gay or straight, who don't see all people as simply people, not divided by society by religion, economic status or race are not people I like to spend time around.

I don't need, nor allow, negativity

All people are of equal value, no matter whom they are and life is too short to waste on those who don't understand that simple truth.
