Thanks. I did understand that the OT prophets were speaking to people of their time, warning of things that would come about if the people didn't change their ways- a warning rather than prediction of the future. And that so many people try to apply the Book of Revelations to our own time (as it seems to have been claimed to be predicting the End Times by generation after generation). I didn't realize Jung's first meeting was with Elijah- which is the phrase, "Yahweh, he is my God", reversed.
