Thanks for sharing your views on religion, Adam. I disagree with many of Jeff's beliefs but respect his right to them. He and I have agreed we hold opposing views on Jesus and his teachings and on Jeff's religion, Christianity, so we don't discuss them- anymore. I don't know Jeff so I neither like nor dislike him. He's a Traditionalist and believes being in affiliation with the Church and its teachings is required to know God. But to me that seems to be the thing Jesus spoke against; the need of a Priest to intercede with God on a person's behalf. And I tend more to Jesus' teachings that he, Jesus, was not God but was the son of God in the same sense we are all children of God. And that Jesus "came", or was sent, to show the Way, not to excuse anyone from following that Way on their own by "saving" them from walking that Path and the troubles that come with doing that. I was "reborn" several years (decades ago lol) but understood then that meant having to grow in spirit just as a baby born in the flesh must grow. I read your work whenever I see it and there is often something that 'he who has an ear to hear', I hear.
