Sorry buddy, but cosmic background radiation is not in the visible spectrum. If you know all this “like the back” of your hand why start off with an incorrect claim?

Part of CMB is microwave radiation. Also, not in the visible spectrum, which you claim is visible.
As for your snarky comment about lasers, I know what a laser is and when working models came into use. I also know that the tight beam is attenuated in the atmosphere and especially through clouds. One reason lasers aren’t used as weapons but work great indoors for specific purposes. Laser light is only visible when it directly hits the back of the eye- a good reason to not stare into a checkout scanner
