So, unless a person is taking the ‘right’ classes, ones that will help a person make enough money to easily repay a loan, that person shouldn’t get a loan for college? Are you aware that many, if not all, large corporations value an employee with good writing skills over one with lesser writing skills? Hence the one who writes better is more likely to be better paid and advance faster in the business in which they work. And who typically learns the best writing shills? English majors, not a degree typically thought to be valued by business, yet those skills are highly valued.

And teachers aren’t highly paid so they shouldn’t get loans either? A Bachelor of Arts degree provides a broader and typically more useful knowledge base than does a Bachelor of Science degree (although that, too, requires some basic, “101” courses in other fields) but by your logic seekers of a Bachelor of Science degree are the only students deserving of a college loan?
