"Self" with a capitol "S", as opposed to "self" with lower case "s". On this plane of existence, we know "self", as in "ourselves" but "Self", on a higher plane, is the basis of the "self" we are everyday. Yes, both you and more than you, but still "you", amplified to a degree not imaginable in this world with our limited ability to understand, to grasp, anything above this plane of existence. "You" in the strongest sense, yet still "you".

I'm glad you found a way to experience that and hope you'll continue to share your experiences, both in this "world" and in that higher plane. I think we could all learn from them, including the fact that we don't die. Our "Self" is far more than the selves we live in here, which are mere illusion. I don't, and won't pretend to, know if Self has us live multiple lives on this lower plane or not, but it seems to make sense (in my limited understanding, at least).
