I've seen that happen in workplaces and it isn't pretty.

I've also seen claims (by men, of course) that there is NO wage disparity between women and men doing the same job. Some men simply refuse to believe that's true and I'm not sure how to get those, I won't call them Neanderthals because I don't want to insult Neanderthals, "men" to accept what is what in front of their eyes. There IS a gender pay gap that still exists after Lilly Ledbetter (sp.?) became law.
