It isn’t that they don’t pay full price; they do. It’s market price but in the US big pharma is allowed to charge far more than what they’ve put into a medicine (especially since they don’t “invent” new drugs, they use taxpayer funded universities research) to get outrageous profit margins. The drugs sold to overseas customers are the exact same ones sold in the US.

So, they don’t steal; Americans get cheated.
