Is the "credit" you give him positive credit or negative? I see nothing in the way of positivity to our nation in Thomas' thought processes, but I will "credit" him with his bull-headed attack on Civil Rights and defense of his nazi-loving wife's anti-society actions. Those are examples of "credit" he may deserve but not good credit, especially from a Justice of SCOTUS.
