I won't question the things you report on Harris because they're true. I will, however, question your usage of "neo-liberal". A great many progressives use that term to describe one Democrat or another but miss-use it by not understanding that the definition applies directly to most/nearly all Republican politicians and perhaps to most Republicans, although I know a few people who vote Republican, usually, but are definitely not neo-liberal.

noun: an advocate or supporter of free-market capitalism, deregulation, and reduction in government spending.

"neoliberals believe that business is often overregulated and welfare is underregulated".

I not aware of any Democrat who thinks business is over-regulated and that "welfare" is under-regulated.

Just a tip to keep in mind when you use that term because it can be very divisive and anti-progressive. You're a good writer and I expect to read more of your work in the future.
