I see the Spiritual as what Jesus (among others) really taught before the Church's twisting of the words to suit its agenda. And what the Buddha and many other wise men have taught through the millennia and still teach today.

I see Religion as a trap, a set of rituals designed to block a person from knowing God. There are, of course, many Spiritual people who are also part of an organized religion, but most religions make it difficult, by design, to be both.
