I don't and won't assert that spirituality and God is 'reality' for the simple reason that it would have to be explained in words, and words are not enough. Only personal experience can make it understandable. I know that many people make such assertions that it's truth because it's what they believe and that's their 'faith', not physical evidence. And I'll respect that faith, even though I disagree with it.
