I believed much the same when I was a child, but I grew up. What we call the "Bible" has been written and rewritten multiple times since the first "final doctrine" in the early fourth century followed the next "final doctrine" in the late fourth century to the Justinian "final doctrine" in the sixth century to the next "final doctrine" under Martin Luther in the sixteenth century.

If God's word is literal and unchanging, then why has it been changed so many times?
