I agree with you, Robert and think that Kent and Richard are still confused by believing what their church taught rather than following the one commandment Jesus said must be followed. rather than looking it up to get the exact wording, I'll paraphrase it and get the gist of it across.

The one and only commandment Jesus said must be followed is: Love God with all your heart, strength and mind, and the second is like the (the same as) the first- "Love your neighbor because if you don't love your neighbor then you don't love God."

And who is your neighbor? Every other person alive, enemy or friend, as clearly shown by the parable of the Good Samaritan. They apparently don't understand that parable who knowingly choose to ignore it. Hence, they don't love God despite there protestations that they do.

And, no doubt will be attacked for saying this because, as Jesus said, "the world will hate you because of me." Not because of his physical form but because of his teachings. It makes them angry every time.
