I agree with everything you said but I think only one point was missed. You say white women are dominant in writing/being published than are women of color. That's true but doesn't take into account an overwhelming factor: there are probably 8 to 10 white women for each woman of color.

So, per capita (the only level gauge to use) women on color may (but aren't) be better represented than white women. If 100 white women write and 10 get published while 10 women of color write and 2 get published then women of color were ahead. In that example, and no 'example' is true to reality, 10% of white women got published but 20% of women of color got published. That example, unfortunately, doesn't necessarily match today's reality.

White women have white privilege, even if they don't recognize it, and, as you say, the entire system needs to be changed and then kept that way, beginning in the home, in school, and in everyday life.

I think you are doing a good job of getting that idea across with none of the appeals to divisiveness that others may use.
