I agree that it's well worth reading. Some of the most beautiful writing I've ever read in in the OT. I especially like Book(s) of Isaiah that seem to be the writing of three different men. And to be honest, I learn something new every time I read the Bible. As Jesus said, The writings are good for instruction, and gaining wisdom but they are mere commentary on the one commandment that must be followed- Love God and love your neighbor. If you don't love your neighbor then you don't love God, no matter how many times you profess to. Words mean nothing if not followed up with action and just loving God is enough. Because that means you already love your neighbor. The Way that Jesus asked us to follow. Not him, but the Way that he taught for man o follow.
