Your profile bio shows that you do trust the Universe in that you know it led you here. There are no coincidences. Every person you meet, you meet for a reason and everything that is brought to you to read, is there for a reason. I know it is difficult to not allow ego to guide you astray; ego can be and is a powerful thing, but ego is mere illusion, not your true self. Your ego dies with the body but real "You" never dies and you are still "you", always. Your soul is you, "Priya", only far more so than your ego could ever be. As Kim wrote, meditation can help tremendously. Trust your gut instinct, and your first impression when you meet someone new; if you overthink it, you will be out of sync with the Universe and the real "you" and things won't go as well as they would if you simply assumed the Universe will always do what is best for you, will give you your highest life.

Easier said than done but give it a chance and you'll see things working out for the best- just don't get in its way :)
