He is subtle. Snakes in the grass are like that. The rightwing funded Parental rights and Moms for liberty sham groups made a lot of noise in Virginia and fooled enough people here into voting for him. If the Democrats hadn't chosen McAuliffe as our candidate, Youngkin wouldn't be governor. He'd still be the hedge fund manager he was (and probably still is, just not publicly). He isn't as bad as DeSantis but still an embarrassment to Virginia- my state of birth and residence.
