Guy, if you knew the definition of neo-liberal you would apply that term to tRump and the right, not to the Clinton’s or almost anyone else on the “left”.

“Neoliberalism is generally associated with policies of economic liberalization, including privatization, deregulation, free trade, austerity, and reductions in government spending in order to increase the role of the private sector in the economy and society.”

Other than “free trade” (which actually does work toward reducing economic inequality), neither the Clintons nor most other Democrats work toward those goals- we have the Republican faux-conservatives already pushing full-steam ahead in that area.

It’s sad to see self-proclaimed “leftists” misunderstand and misuse the term “neo-liberal” and go out of their way to create divisions within the broader community of those of us on the “left”- but that practice makes Russia very happy and has, and will again, bring us current President for another term (or President for life, as he likes to “joke”) and more of his ilk to follow- for generations to come.
