Great advice. But no one should be exacting in how the universe will bring you what you want. Don't place limits on what "IS" or you might regret getting what you asked for. Don't limit how the universe works for you because it does- if you just let it do its job and you pay attention to what it's telling you. If you want to be rich then focus on living as though you're already rich and that, too, will come to pass. Just don't decide in exacting detail how the universe will bring about your desires because that is placing limits on the limitless.
