Except a majority of the letters attributed to Paul were actually written by someone else, the remainder can be safely attributed to be Paul's writings- a common literary device of the time was to place the name of an important (well-known) person on writings to give them more authority, just as the four Gospels were written by other men after the Apostles had died or been killed. The Apostle John may have written to gospel that carries his name except for the first two chapters. He is reported to have lived to the age of 92 and was literate but the other Apostles were likely illiterate beyond memorizing the verses of the Torah they recited in the 'second' Temple- in

Jerusalem.

There are no copies of any of the original documents.
