Even in Hinduism, there is no beginning and no end but there are changes. The universe expands, exists for roughly 14 billion years then collapses again to become a new universe. And that pattern repeats infinitely but it never but it never truly began, it has just been and the process will never end.

It was, and is, and will be again. A saying found in the Old Testament as well, among other ancient religions.
