Definitely term limits. And on Supreme Court Justices and Federal judges, as well.

I'm not as convinced that an age limit should come into play, though. Often, wisdom comes with age (not always, of course, as we've seen with many Congresspersons but simple term limits would "probably" solve most of the age issues, anyway).

Representatives, maybe 6-8 2 year terms total?

Senators. 3 6 year terms?

Federal and Supreme Court judges, a maximum of 18 +/- years?

And, although it would probably never happen, elections for judgeships? Of course, it's all just hopeful dreaming- it is nearly impossible to change the Constitution and gets more difficult by the year. It's possible that with the voters as divided as they/we are we might end up with an entirely new Constitution, anyway, using the Bill of Rights, with more clarity on the 2nd, specifically spelling out what is true now, that there can be no private militias?

NOT confiscation of guns but certainly limits on the private ownership of military-grade weapons and- a really tough one- restrict handgun ownership to police, National and Coast guards and military?

Hand guns are not used for hunting, unless the prey is other... humans. Hand guns are manufacture for one reason only, to shoot and/or kill people.
