Any that try to find Spirit through ritualistic actions that by their nature are community-oriented rather than personal relationships with God (Allah, the All, All that Is, Yahweh, Ra, the Universe, the IS... just insert the name you prefer). So, take your pick, that's what organized religion does and there is no such thing as "religion" without it being organized. Rituals help comfort people in religions because all members share the lie together rather than the difficult path of truth, of a personal relationship with God, Spirit. And that is personal, not communal. Religions have required rituals such as baptism, community worship, etc. but those things bring no one closer to the true Spirit and often stand in the way or lead people away from Truth.

I am not saying that a Spiritual teacher isn't of great help for many people, but truly spiritual leaders don't want people to follow them, their hope is that what they teach helps people become Spiritual by learning from said teacher.
