And they've done it with a lot of technology stolen from the U.S. but if they do the work and are willing to share the testing and tech then there's no reason not to support China's efforts in that field. U.S. companies should've been the first but weren't so the Chinese stole the basic tech and are making good use of it- they can't be blamed for that.
