An implanted "chip" will change your DNA and allow you to be tracked? Pseudo-scientific lies to confuse people who can't think critically. There is no implantable chip that can "change" your DNA or track you but there doesn't have to be. You're on the internet so your ISP tracks you, each website puts cookies in your computer to track you, Google always knows where you are or have been on the web. Facebook has their share and like buttons on nearly every site you visit, and I think it's safe to assume you own a phone since everyone does. You can be tracked every place you go and even your purchases are tracked by card companies. Unless you go completely off-grid, grow your own food and create your own electricity and never, ever use anything connected to a network of any type, then you are and will be tracked.
Your DNA IS not being changed but that's an easy lie to spread to the uniformed.
I won't get into your confusion about the Book of Revelations, such as when and why it was written and its intended audience because that's another subject entirely and also requires critical thinking to understand.
And I won't dismiss you as a "crack pot"; you do that well all on your own.
