100%.

Trust your first impression, whether when meeting someone new or encountering an idea new to you, you first impression isn't wrong. If you overthink it and make what seems like the "rational" decision, things won't go as well. The same applies if you get a "gut hunch" about something; go with your hunch, not your rational brain and the universe will work for your best interest.

Have intention, a basic idea of your desire and then accept where the universe leads you. If you're too exacting in what you want, you will block anything better; trust that everything is set up to work for your best and it will. In my experience, our universe is set up provide what is best for us, so know it will give you more than you could have obtained by fighting what comes naturally. Your hunches and first impressions are there to guide you. To not have that simple trust is to put limits on what the universe can provide, and, by extension, limits on that which IS.
